Follow Up Q&A:

  1. First thing you do in the morning? Look at my full schedule for the day, tongue scrape then MEDITATE!

  2. What advice would you give your younger self? Tell the truth. The whole truth and nothing but the truth. People can handle it. They want it even. It is manipulation to try to control both sides of a conversation.

  3. Wellness trend you love and wellness trend you wish would end? Love the gluten free / plastic free trend as both things are poisoning our bodies and our planet. I can’t think of any wellness trends I hate. Maybe the ultra whiteness of it all. Would love to see things being made accessible to the communities who need it most.

  4. First Job? Bus “boy”. Aka I bussed tables at a restaurant at 15.

  5. Proudest moment? Teaching 20,000 people to meditate.

  6. 3 most used emojis? 🙏🏻😊💆🏻‍♀️

  7. Favorite ice cream flavor? Chocolate gelato

  8. Current go-to workout? Pilates with Annie Petersmeyer or the whole zivaTEAM goes to SLT on some Mondays.

  9. What is the title of your autobiography? From Vodka to Veda

  10. Who is your spirit animal? Greta Thunberg
