242: Welcome to “Conversations with Cam”

In this solo episode, I introduce the new podcast name…Conversations with Cam! I explain the new name for the show, why it was time to move on from the “Freckled Foodie” moniker, and review the content changes that started with my first pregnancy. I share my active work on changing from a scarcity mindset, how I currently don’t feel very in tune with myself, and how I’m constantly feeling overstimulated and unable to break the cycle. I also share more about the healer my family saw growing up and my current body work, discuss my recent experience with spinal energy work and the new changes I’m trying to implement, and announce my “Filling My Cup” Substack and virtual events that are coming down the pipeline.
