Ingredients

  • 4 ears of corn
  • 4 tablespoons of butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon of grated lime rind
  • 3 tablespoons of lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of pepper
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the butter, grated lime rind, lime juice, salt, and pepper
  2. Heat the grill to medium heat
  3. Spread the olive oil on the corn and place it on the grill
  4. Cook the corn for about 10 minutes, continuously flipping it so that each side receives heat
  5. Remove the corn from the heat and coat with the lime butter
  6. Serve as a side!
